Exp: animal must have a vaccination card / animals have to be healthy / etc.

All animals will be checked for ticks and fleas  and if required there will be a separate charge imposed for the  deticking . Payment Terms are in CASH and full payment must  be made at the upon checking in.

If your are a 1st timer a Deposit shall be imposed which is refundable on the date of check out.

No Partial payment is allowed  and no bargaining is allowed. All prices are FINAL .

If animals are collected after 12 noon on the date of checkout, then the full days charge will be imposed.

If your animals should damage /deface /  the pens /cages  then a damages fee shall be imputed separately into your boarding charges.

Should your  dog gets ill  and you do not have any recommended vets in your application form  ,the management will  send to the nearest vet services available to ensure your pet ‘s health is immediately attended to. The medical charges shall be imputed as a separate item in addition to the Boarding charges.

The Management reserves the right not to admit an animal  to the Pet House  for whatever reasons and the decision is FINAL.
